Owner- Rich Hurne
Rich has been in this industry for 15+ years. He is ASE Master Certified and a graduate of the Baran Institute. Rich has extensive knowledge of foreign and domestic vehicles and has the ability to diagnose and repair any problem. Classic cars are also a passion of Rich's that he enjoys working on whenever possible. Rich is excited to be a business owner and have the ability to provide customers anything their vehicle might need.
Owner- Bethany Silvia
Bethany is a 2005 graduate of Pine Manor College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. Previous jobs have ranged from financial coordinator, tax clerk and most recently a revenue examiner with the State of Connecticut Department of Revenue Services where she performed sales and use tax audits. All of her previous jobs have given her the ability and confidence to run the financial and service writing side of Rich's Service Center, LLC. Bethany also considers continuing education to be very important in life, that being said she recently became an ASE Certified Service Writer, which allows her to perform to the best of her ability. Like Rich, Bethany is very excited to own a business where she is in control of customer pricing and making sure the customer's needs are completely met.
